Bookings

We are happy to be able to provide different events for Science Week free of charge to support your school. Science Week is a very popular event. We will do our best to accommodate everybody, but some events may be limited. It is why we limit the bookings at 2 classes per school.

Please complete the booking form below and indicate which event you are interested in. You will need to select a venue and a class group in order to see the events. Please respect the audience. You will only have a short time to RSVP. Please keep an eye on your email inbox (and junk mail) even during the holidays. We will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible!

You can make multiple reservations for your school, but please note that the first one submitted (as a school) will be treated as your first choice. If we have space, we will be happy to consider your other requests. Science Week is a very popular event, and our aim is to accommodate as many schools as possible.

The booking is only confirmed when you get a confirmation email – filling out the form is not a guarantee of a place at the event!

If you would like to have a group placed in a waiting list, please mention it on the form in the comment section. Please list the event (date, time, show), group level, and student numbers.

We will not share your information with others and will manage it in keeping with SETU’s GDPR policy, available here.
