Science Communication and Public Engagement workshop
Yesterday we held the first Science Communication and Public Engagement workshop with Postgrads and Postdocs at South East Technological University in Waterford.
A big thank you to Sheila Donegan (CALMAST) and Padraig Murphy (DCU) for delivering this session on how to communicate scientific research effectively, an essential skill for researchers. The workshop was delivered as part of the TU Rise Programme at SETU, which is co-financed by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the ERDF Southern, Eastern & Midland Regional Programme 2021-27.
It was great to hear about the range of research projects happening at the University, and we look forward to more iterations of this workshop.
