The Science of Innovation, Then, Today, Tomorrow, Food from the Sea Explore how Ireland’s food from the sea has changed over time, and how science and innovation can help us create sustainable seafood for the future. Take part in our guess the species game, and our innovation quiz, as you discover the ways the ocean can shape the future of our energy, economy and food supply. This event is suitable for 8-12 year old students, and will be approximately 40 mins long, with time for Q&A at the end. The session will be led by Explorers Officer Tara Noonan.
