The 2026 Robert Boyle Winter School took place on 24th January at the RDS Dublin. We were delighted to welcome back Eoin Gill, Richard Roche, Ida Milne and Brian Trench, and equally pleased to have Prof James O’Shea, Kevin Mitchell and Keith A. Wilson joining us for the first time.

Our theme, Mind and Matter, sparked engaging conversations on topics including philosophy, an artists mind, free will, and we even had a special presentation from magician Ella Nicholson.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this year. We look forward to continuing the conversation at the Summer School in June.
